“Each Monday our meditation group meets and together we do some simple exercises and listen to a meditation CD, which helps to ground us and set us up for the week to come. after this we head over to the cafe for a coffee and a chat. All our welcome at the Monday meditation group and no previous experience is needed, just a will to learn and enjoy yourself..”

“I am a part of the falls prevention class. We mostly do chair exercises, focusing on strengthening the core. We also do balance exercises.
