Join us for free jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) presented by Burwood Neighbourhood House volunteers. We will also feature an exhibition by paper-cutting master Miao Hui and a live performance of Chinese New Year songs in Mandarin from singer/pianist Juliet Pang

Jiaozi, the beloved Chinese dumpling, typically features a ground meat or vegetable filling wrapped in a thin dough skin. Their resemblance to ancient gold ingots imbues them with symbolism of wealth and prosperity, making them a favorite during Chinese New Year celebrations.
