At Burwood Neighbourhood House, we have a wonderful Volunteers Programme. Our House is run by a committee of volunteers, and we always welcome new people who wish to come and help out. 

Burwood Neighbourhood House has helped many people train for new jobs with our Volunteers-to-Work programme.

We have the following volunteer positions available:  

• Fund-raising
  Assist in fund-raising activities such as BBQ fund-raisers and shopping centre stalls.  

• Data Entry/Administration
  Work alongside our friendly staff and volunteers to help out with the day-to-day running of the House.  

• Publicity
  Create flyers for activities and programmes at the Neighbourhood House. Work on our brochure and help out on our website and social media pages.  

• Gardening
  Help our volunteers keep the House and gardens looking their best. 

• Teaching
  Share your knowledge through classes and activities.

All volunteers will receive a reference from our Manager.
